About Us
Phase II Contracting is owned and operated by Belleville native Adam Karr, Adam started his career as an electrician in 1998. Throughout his career he continually came across the need for his clients to find reliable help around their homes. Often, homeowners would hire him to fix other issues. Before long, he found himself with a side business in construction. Due to the growing demand, in 2007 he created Phase II Contracting. Adam and his experienced crew bring to the table over 20 years of hard work, quality service and attention to detail.
